Shipping, Returns & Timeline:

All items ordered off the website are pictures of actual pieces, no substitutions. All merchandise ships within 5 days of your order. Items are insured for full value with the shipper, so if it is damaged you have a claim with the shipper. If for any reason you are not happy with your item let us know within 24 hours and you can return it for replacement or a refund. As we represent all items with photos and complete honesty the return shipping is at your expense.

Special Deliveries Available:

Some of our larger items are difficult to ship so I can deliver within reasonable distances from the Grand Junction, Colorado area. Delivery is included with some of the more expensive projects within 100 miles of our home area. If you want something I am sure we can figure out a way to get it to you.
